– Payments are processed securely, and cardholders should retain transaction records.

General Terms & Conditions for Packages and Services
– Contract cancellation fees are non-refundable. Materials purchased by the customer will not be installed by KTS technicians.
– Inspection charges apply if declared unit sizes differ from the actual sizes or if equipment is not in working condition.
– For ‘One-off Services,’ inspection fees cover up to one hour of technician time, excluding materials. Additional charges may apply based on the actual work required.
– KTS may modify services and terms, with material changes communicated to the customer.
– Liability for damages caused by our services is limited to AED 5,000.
– These terms are governed by UAE laws, and disputes are subject to DIFC courts.

Other Conditions of Purchase
– Customers will be notified one week before maintenance visits. If no confirmation is received 48 hours prior, the appointment will be canceled. Customers can reschedule once within four weeks, except for specific services like water tank cleaning.
– Certain services and installations are excluded from all maintenance packages.

Call Outs
Emergency callouts for Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Plumbing issues are included in package costs:
– Bronze Package: Max 6 callouts
– Silver Package: Max 8 callouts
– Gold Package: Max 10 callouts

A system emergency is defined as a complete failure of A/C, electrical power, water pressure, or plumbing drainage systems.

Payment
– Payments are due as per the selected maintenance package or quotation.
– Disputes must be reported within five working days.
– Payments are accepted in AED via MasterCard or Visa.

Cancellation
– Customers must give 48 hours’ notice to cancel scheduled visits.
– Monthly package subscribers may cancel with 60 days’ written notice.
– Annual package subscribers receive no refunds for early cancellation.

Warranty
KTS will remedy defects caused by our negligence if reported within 30 days of service. Warranties do not cover material defects or wear and tear.

Customer Obligations
Customers must ensure access to the property for services and provide necessary utilities. Any costs for destructive access are the customer’s responsibility.

Home Sizes and Packages
