PLUMBING SYSTEMS

  • Inspection of all pumps for proper operation
  • Testing of lead/lag operation of pumps
  • Sealing of any leaks and clean pump motors externally
  • Testing of all water heaters and flexible hoses for correct operation
  • Testing of pressure relief valves on all water heats and pump heads
  • Inspection of all fixtures & exposed piping for leakages
  • Checking operation of all valves & inspect for leaks. Bypass valve to be in closed position
  • Checking and cleaning of tap strainers
  • Checking all roof terrace area drains for correct drainage and flow. Clean as required.
  • Inspection of domestic water tank system for correct operation

DRAINAGE CHAMBERS AND SINK UNITS

  • Cleaning of sewage and soil pipe line going to the manhole chambers
  • Cleaning of all manhole chambers around the villa
  • Cleaning of all bottle traps for wash basin & kitchen sinks
  • Cleaning of all floor traps in the villa

FACADE CLEANING

  • Exterior walls will be washed using pressure jet machine to wash down dust and dirt from the wall surface of the villa including surrounding area. (This doesn’t not include removal of the permanent stains nor repairing the scratched paint patches on the walls)

WINDOW CLEANING

  • Cleaning of Aluminum frame & glass with glass cleaner, rubber wiper, cotton cloth & sponge
  • Removal of spillage & stains with damp wipe and using non – abrasive cleaning agent

PEST CONTROL

  • Special Gel treatment inside and outside the house for cockroaches and other crawling insects
  • Spraying of chemicals inside and outside the house for other common pests

WATER HOLDING TANK

  • Chemically sanitize, disinfect & clean the domestic water tank
  • Removal of stains from the inside of the water tank
  • Replenish the domestic tank with water from DEWA

CARPENTRY WORKS

  • Repairing of broken cupboards, drawers, shelves

MASONRY WORKS

  • Replacement of minor broken floor tiles (replacement cost to be paid for by customer)
  • Grouting and sealing of tiles

ALUMINIUM WORKS

  • Repairs to net doors
  • Repairing of window and door hinges
